Marceline Train Show

Train and Toy Vendors!

Space is still available!

If you’re interested in having a table or space at the Annual Marceline Train Show, fill out this form,
or call Dennis at (660) 734-2195

Thanks to our wonderful sponsors:

Since 2001, the Walsworth Community Center has been producing this free community event, bringing railroad fans together from around the region and around the State.

This year we’re inviting any railroad club to attend to share your collections or model train layouts. We’d love to have lots of layouts on display for the public. Vendors and community groups are always welcome.

Marceline exists because of the Santa Fe Railroad, so having the Marceline Train Show here honors our connection to one of the great American railroads. Volunteers and sponsors are coming together to make a great weekend of fun for families and rail fans of all ages.

Spread the word – tell your friends near and far – we’ll have model train layouts, train collectibles on sale, community vendors, food, attractions, and lots to see! So bring your cameras, your wallets, and your comfortable shoes, so you can enjoy the annual Marceline Train Show!

Steam Engine #2546

This oil-burning steam locomotive #2546 was built in 1911 at the ALCo’s Works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was known as the Consolidation type 2-8-0 and after 1875 it was the most popular railroad engine type in the country for almost 50 years. It weighs over 100 tons, and the oil tender behind that weighs about the same. The locomotive had a top speed of 40 miles per hour. Not so fast these days, but fast enough in the late 1800s.

Crafts in the Park

9am to 4pm

Small Town America, Perfectly Imagined... Marceline, Missouri.

The magic of Marceline starts in 1888 when Marceline was founded. Walt Disney called Marceline his home town many times, to millions of people – because he loved the small town feeling and his childhood memories of a small town in northern Missouri. Today, Marceline’s magic continues because of the dedicated residents who work to make Marceline better; the visitors who come to see Walt’s hometown; and classic American values of God, Family, and Country.
